A drawstring bag made of canvas, called a "Valuables Bag."
It seems these existed from the 1940s in a khaki type, to olive drab in the 1950s, and olive green from the late 1960s to the 1980s.
Each bag is numbered, and a metal plate with the same number is attached.

It is likely a tag for exchange when retrieving items after they were deposited.
Specimens with this tag remaining are extremely rare.
Even the bags themselves are few in number, but a set with the tag in such a clean condition is difficult to obtain.

It appears to be a type delivered in bulk, and there is no contract notation.
There is some dust and dirt in places, but it is only age-related deterioration.
It is a deadstock item with a stiff fabric feel, no tears or scratches, and no signs of the drawstring being tightened.
Because of the olive drab color, it is estimated to be from the 1950s to the mid-1960s.

External dimensions: Approximately 26x28 cm
Bottom diameter: Approximately 17 cm

Other numbers are also listed, but the numbers are not simply an indication of how new they are; they are likely sequential numbers from each era or delivery period.
The tag shapes and fonts differ for each.
