This is a collection of works created for the "DAIDO MORIYAMA it" exhibition held to commemorate the opening of the Rat Hole Gallery.
It is in new condition, still in its shrink wrap.

Excerpt from the press release:
This series, which selects images evoked by the word "it" from prints taken in Tokyo, Europe, and other locations around the world, is a work that attempts a more visual approach compared to other series.

"Graphicism encompasses scandalism and sensationalism.
Not landscapes or scenes, but visual scandals.
I wanted to bring what is contained in things lying around to a visual scandal in a broad sense."

Please take this opportunity to experience Daido Moriyama's world, which reconstructs fragments of images taken around the world and continues to journey into his memories and the future.

"Mainly featuring snapshots taken in various cities such as Tokyo and Europe, almost all of these monochrome works are being presented for the first time, selected specifically for this gallery. Moriyama's sharp antenna captures and cuts out the coquettishly wriggling air, filled with a unique humor and vivid allure. The title "it" suggests the alluring magnetic field created by the coquetry that flickers and rises from behind what is present, and sensually beckons. The tension and the rustling are mixed, and the scenes that beat secretly make the boundary between reality and image precarious, inviting you on a journey towards memory. Approximately 40 works by Daido Moriyama will be exhibited in this exhibition." - Curator: Hisako Motoo
