This is a beautiful sweater, however, it does not fit like a 16 (3)to me, it fits more like a medium. My main issue is the sleeves are small (tight). I have provided measurements for your consideration: all approximate pit->pit 20" sleeve pit-> cuff edge 13" length 28"
