This is a COOGI cotton 3D knit cardigan! ^ ^
My mother bought this in the 80s or 90s and kept it carefully with the tags still attached.
It's a high-quality knit made in Australia.
Apparently, Beat Takeshi used to wear this brand back then, and it seems that Masaki Suda is often seen wearing it now, as it's experiencing a revival!
The colorful fish motif is super cute.
The buttons are also elaborate, made of shell.
