We primarily deal with used clothing that has been worn a few times. We also have items with tags and items that have been worn once or twice that are in excellent condition.
We also sell items with some damage as junk items.
Customers often tell us that the items are in better condition than they expected, so we don't think our perception of wear and tear is too far off from the general public's. However, we handle a lot of items, so there is a possibility of overlooking something. Especially for items from brands like ZARA, which are often made with loose stitching, please understand that minor fraying on the inside that doesn't affect wear is acceptable.
If you are concerned, please ask before purchasing, and we will answer to the best of our ability.

Regarding photos of items being worn, most of the items we sell no longer fit or we can no longer wear due to changes in body shape, so we will only post photos of items that are already online.
