Royal Air Force foul weather rain jacket issued by the British Army.
Also known as the "Blue Jacket."

Both the shell and lining are made of high-strength nylon polyamide.
The lining has a PU coating for waterproofing.
The front has a zipper and Velcro closure.
The cuffs are ribbed.
The pocket on the inside left front appears to be a packable pocket for storage.

Contract date appears to be 2016.
Deadstock, brand new, unused condition.
Comes in a bag with a British Army contract barcode seal.
Direct from military surplus, this condition is difficult to obtain.
